Do you come to my home or business?
Yes. We do on-site visits across the North Bay. For some issues we can also help remotely — whichever is faster and cheaper for you.
How much does it cost?
Diagnosis is always free. Most jobs are quoted at a flat rate up front so you know the price before we start. No hourly meter, no surprises.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't fix it, you don't pay. We'll also help you decide whether replacing the device makes more sense than repairing it.
Do you work on Macs and PCs?
Both. Windows, macOS, Chromebooks, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices — plus printers, routers, and smart-home gear.
Can you help an older relative who isn't tech-savvy?
Absolutely — this is a big part of what we do. Patient, plain-English help, no judgement, and we explain things at whatever pace works.
Can my data be recovered from a broken hard drive?
